An exciting opportunity has arisen with an established name within the Transportation / Infrastructure sector, to join as Associate Director - Estimating.
Utilsing career skills gained with a contractor or consultancy, you will manage an established estimating team for a large commercial department, who are currently involved in some of the UK's most challenging and high profile schemes.
As the single point of contract for the clients infrastructure costs, you will work closely with the estimating team to implement and maintain cost management and estimating systems to ensure accuracy through the project lifecycle.
You will participate and lead pre and post bid meetings, offering support and advice, whilst offering ongoing development and performance evaluation of the estimating team and clients policies, procedures and resources for all cost related control services.
Ideally, you will hold a relevant professional certification and a familiarity of government initiatives and policies.
