Our client, an established name in the leisure sector over the last 15 years, have developed an enviable reputation for their services and are looking to build on this success with the addition of a Client Sales and Services Manager / Executive.
You will be a proven relationship builder with an outgoing personality, looking to offer a first class service to existing and prospective clients. You will be happy utilising social media to reply to inquiries and follow up on potential leads, however must be happy speaking on the phone to offer and gain relevant information.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:-
Manage waiting lists of new and existing clients.
Providing accurate and relevant information to manage existing clients and waiting lists
Proactively contacting clients on a cyclical basis (daily and weekly)
Working with internal team members to ensure services offered are delivered to the highest standards available
Venue and Class management
General admin / report management
This is a great opportunity to build on your current skills and develop further. You will need to have the confidence to work under minimal supervision whilst also working with internal team members to help deliver an exceptional service to all.
