Do you hold Cost Management experience within a consultancy environment and looking to further your career, surrounded by colleagues of the highest calibre and working on some of the UK's most impressive infrastructure projects?
As part of an expanding commercial team, your duties will include, but not be limited to:-
Work on a variety of different complex, multi million pound infrastructure programmes to provide financial modelling, cost consultancy services and project controls advice to drive improvements and ensure project delivery to the highest quality.
Lead the development of MI reports to improve transparency on project costs, risk and schedule positions, thus enabling improved cost modelling and better project controls insight.
Managing various contracts to ensure project costs are analysed and monitored to highlight any risks to the project.
Lead in the development of cost models using Earned Value Management to forecast final costs and compare any variances.
Lead in the assurance of actual and forecasted costs to ensure cost data is accurately reported.
Provide written reports on the cost impacts of changes to project budget and scope.
Gather and analysing financial & cost data to help to improve on current cost positions.
Regular liaision with other internal departments to improve cost reporting accuracy
