Facilities Manager - Cheshire East / Staffs - Distribution Immediate Start - To £40,000



Due to ambitious expansion plans for an already leading name in the transportation and distribution sector, RHA Recruitment Solutions is keen to speak to individuals with experience in facilities management, ideally gained within a distribution, transportation or manufacturing environment.


Reporting into the Group Manager, you will be responsible for all site maintenance requirements and take on the technical responsibility for all property services and related systems.

In a varied position, you will liaise with multi site management to deliver a standard service across building, M&E and fire, along with all related compliance.


Duties will include, but not be limited to:-

  • Responsibility for all maintenance issues across the plant, offering effecting communication to al relevant departments

  • Management of directly employed staff and sub contact staff, as required

  • Delivering a timely and detailed maintenance programme, to ensure minimal impact to the business whist completing tasks to business high standards

  • Undertake project planning, including detailed and accurate cost analysis


The successful candidate will offer FM experience, ideally gained in the distribution, manufacturing or industrial sectors.


Flexible approach to work, to ensure projects are competed within strict time scales and budgetary constraints.


Support the company ethos and liaise with all relevant stakeholders, working to the highest of standards as outlined by HACCP, BRC and other forms of legislation.
