RHA Recruitment Solutions is partnered with this award winning business, as they look to add depth to their current team. Supporting the business in a highly visual position, the position will involve liaison and collaboration with Senior Management teams and all members of alarge site team.
You will hold a NEBOSH General Certificate and can ideally demonstrate time spent in a Health and Safety position, in a similar industry sector (logistics/warehousing/manufacturing etc).
A forward thinker, you will possess the ability to develop and maintain a culture of employee engagement and ensure all staff members and visitors to site understand the relevant legislation and remain compliant.
You will also be need to offer a confident demeanour with the ability to source up-to-date legislation to impact policy and procedural change.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and the position comes with an enhanced holiday allocation, plus package.
