RHA Recruitment Solutions is keen to speak with individuals either employed as Cleaning Manager, or looking to further their career into the role, with experience gained within the industrial, petrochemical and/or Oil and Gas sectors.
Working with a small team of directly employed personnel and sub contract staff, as required, you will liaise with a customer base on a national scale, to ensure work is carried out on time, and to predetermined standards.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:-
Managing a small team of Industrial Cleaners, at any given time across a range of sites.
Liaising with clients to ensure smooth cleaning operations
Accept responsibility for all Quality Assurance
Preparing risk assessments, safe systems of work and ensuring Health & Safety is always adhered to
Customer facing, manage ongoing contracts as well as specific project work
Data entry into various software, producing relevant reports to ensure the company are delivering their services to a national client base.
Liaising with senior management and internal teams to promote and maintain process efficiencies.
Working with customers to maximise service offerings

You will ideally have experience working in a similar position or looking to take your first step into a management position, however knowledge gained from working in one of the following (or similar) sectors - industrial, petrochemical, oil and gas and/or decontamination services.
