As a business, they are committed to sustainability, innovation, and excellence in everything they do and are now looking to add an experienced Logistics Manager, to join their dynamic team.
RHA Recruitment is keen to speak to industry proven and motivated Logistics Managers with the ability to oversee a busy logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective distribution of products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and analyse logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Manage staff within the logistics function.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred, but not essential
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the manufacturing / FMCG industries.
Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience of H&S and GMP Policies and Stock Control.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
IT Literate
