Due to a significant increase in business, RHA Recruitment is keen to speak to Maintenance Engineers with experience within a manufacturing environment.
Working as part of a settled team, which has a mix of youth and experience, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance duties, to help maintain production levels at a time when demand for their product is at an all time high.
We can offer either a straight days position or alternatively, a rotating 4 on , 4 off shift pattern, days and nights.
Ideally, you will have worked within a manufacturing environment and happy working on a range of machinery including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors etc. As well as planned and reactive maintenance, there is a need to offer continuous process improvement solutions as well as identifying root cause issues and additional project works.
Working under strict Health and Safety legislation, you will work with Production Teams to help ensure down time is kept to a minimum and plant and processes are improved to aid overall output.
Ideally you will be multi skilled, however applications are invited from candidate with either a electrical or mechanical bias.
Salary: £37,000 - £40,000
