RHA Recruitment Solutions is keen to speak to individuals with experience gained within the Chemical, Industrial and/or Oil and Gas sectors.
Based in Cheshire East, during your time at this location, you will make the necessary preparations for forthcoming site work and this may include, but not be limited to:-
Basic machine maintenance,
Chemical handling,
Stock management,
Report submissions and
Ongoing training
When complete, you will travel to sites* across the UK as part of a small, dedicated team (working away accounts for approx. 50-60% of your time and is typically Monday to Friday, but may include some weekends), delivering a full decontamination and chemical cleaning process on a range of machinery, including pumps, piping and tanks.
You will work to strict site H&S policies and once trained, prepare Risk Assessments, Fire Risk Assessments and COSHH Reports, to ensure the safety of both yourself and your colleagues.
You will be required to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets and whilst some experience of mechanics (piping etc) would be an advantageous, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
This is a client facing role, so a professional approach and attitude is required at all time and as part of a team, you will also require a "work hard" approach to ensure daily work schedules are met.
