Are you able to demonstrate a background in mechanics but looking to reduce the amount of time spent in a "hands-on" role?
RHA Recruitment is keen to speak to individuals qualified by experience, who are adapt at turning their hands to a range of mechanical maintenance and repair issues and lending a hand to the maintenance team, as required. Experience of diesel engines would be beneficial, but not essential.
Leading a small team, you will coordinate the maintenance activities on site whilst coordinating the logistical and servicing plans for a range of equipment to different sites whilst managing the companies stock levels.
You will be able to lead by example and manage a structured work load, developing the skills of the team around you.
You will need to have a good level of IT Literacy and offer a professional approach at all times, with the desire to build the interests of the business.
