Due to continued expansion within the client of RHA Recruitment Solution, we are keen to speak to mechanically minded Yard Supervisors, to lead a small team and manage the day to day activities of a business who offer a specialist service within Process Engineering, for a client base spread across the UK.
Based on a yard on the outskirts of Nantwich, you will carry out some basic machine maintenance so you will need to have a mechanical mind and ideally have experience of diesel generators and pumps.
As well as offering a hands-on presence, which will include supporting other staff members, you will be heavily involved in the preparation of teams and equipment for site work, logistics and stock management.
As part of a small team, you may also get asked to complete other duties as deemed necessary and whist this is a static role, there may be the very odd occasion that you are requested to attend site to offer guidance and knowledge and liaise with clients, (travel and accommodation provided, if required).
Whilst this position may offer a great opportunity for an individual looking to take a step forward in their career, it may also offer a more experienced individual, who has spent a career on the tools, the chance to reduce their hands-on work and take on a supervisory / mentoring position.
