RHA Recruitment Solutions is keen to speak to individuals with experience in delivering standard instrumentation installations and replacements.
18th Edition certified with ideally experience of PVC-u pipe / Mechanical installation, you will be able to offer accurate interpretations of schematic diagrams, methods of wiring and selection and ratings of cables.
Reporting to the M&E Supervisor and working with and liaising with other members of the team and the clients representatives, to manage the onsite installation works.
Key duties will include, but not limited to:-
Preparation of RAMs and ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to
Manage all site activities, ensuring a systematic and controlled approach to meet the requirements of the client.
Work with and manage subcontractors on site
Provide assistance in the testing of PLC, HMI and Scada packages
Attend site meetings and report progress back to the M&E Managers/Supervisors, highlighting any concerns and risks associated with the work
Carry out the inspection and testing of electrical installations
You will be able to offer great organisational skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. You will need a positive approach with a good understanding of electrical installations and control systems, including, but not limited to control panels, MCC's, PLC, Scada instrumentation.
You will hold an Electrical Test and Inspection (City and Guilds) Certificate (2391) and be competent as an Industrial Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) with an ECS Card.
