Due to continued growth with one of partnered clients, RHA Recruitment Solutions is keen to speak to proven Office/Business Managers, interested in a part time opportunity.
Working approximately 16-20 hrs per week, these hours can be worked to suit your commitments, be that over two days or five, if preferred.
As part of a highly functioning team, you will liaise with Directors of the business, as well departmental managers to ensure the efficient running of a business who operate across different locations.
Your duties will include, but not limited to:-
Company insurances
Fleet management
Quality Management
Management and writing of company procedures/policies
HR
Coordinating staff training
Business administration
General office management
Audit preparation
Preparation of pre Qualification Documents
Management of staff files
This is a great opportunity to utilise your skills gained in a similar position. This is a permanent, part time role and offers the flexibility to fit around current commitments, whatever they may be.
