Can you offer the ability to oversee the coordination and planning of man power and equipment, for an established business, who have found their niche in the engineering sector.
Supporting the Operations Manager, you will play an instrumental part in the planning and allocation of company resources, as well as sub contract labour across a range of sites across the UK, to ensure the demand placed by a strong client base, is met.
Duties will include, but not limited to:-
Manpower planning
Sub contract coordination to supplement clients own staff/equipment resources
Coordinating maintenance and inspections schedules
Maintaining stores and stock replenishment
The work will involve some physical and technical work across two local sites so you will have the ability to understand and manage basic equipment to allow for checking and testing.
You will be a strong communicator with a full Driving Licence and ideally a current FLT (not essential as training can be supplied) however strong planning and organisational skills are paramount.
