Procurement Manager - Transportation/Infrastructure - Opportunities nationwide

RHA Recruitment is keen to speak to experienced procurement professionals with a background in transportation / construction / engineering / oil & gas etc.


As Procurement Manager, you will support the growth of an established name in the transportation and infrastructure sectors, tasked with delivering high quality services within complex environments.


Working across the private and public sector, you will work collaboratively with a range of clients and supply chain partners to deliver industry leading solutions.


Degree qualified, ideally you will be MRICS, MCIPS or MCIOB or working towards one of these qualifications with experience gained working on major programmes or complex projects.


Utilising your skills in procurement delivery, from initial stages through to completion , you will have detailed knowledge in Public Sector regulations which may include Public Contract Regulations, Utility Regulations and/or Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations.

You will have experienced working in a client focused environment with the ability to devise and implement commercial policy and solutions as well as familiarity with different delivery models, ideally ECI and Alliancing and working under NEC3/4 Forms of Contract.


As an individual, ideally you will be able to offer experience in:-

  • Developing commercial governance procedures, processes and systems

  • eSourcing and / or eEvaluation systems

  • Developing Packaging / Lotting Strategies

  • Commercial Management

  • Contract ./ Project Management

  • Project Financing
