Description
Working with a leading name in their specific industry sector, RHA Recruitment Solutions is keen to speak to individuals with commercial experience within the Transport and/or Infrastructure sectors.
As part of a designated team, duties will include
Working with the Leadership Team to help define strategy and company aspirations
Management of sub sector teams
Lead on client engagement
Continuous Improvement
Working with the operational business to implement direction and strategy
You will be able to demonstrate strong commercial experience, gained ideally with Rail and /or Highway projects and the ability to develop key accounts, whilst empowering the teams around you.
