The position will involve delivering and winning work within an existing and new client base, becoming an integral part of the industry leadership team, which already boasts some of the industry's leading names.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:-
Work to define the company strategy and future aspirations
Define and lead on the national strategy
Take a lead on client engagement and management of key accounts
Identify new clients and implement engagement plans
Identify key resource requirements and taking an active part in the recruitment process
Review and assess performance on key projects and support the operational business in driving efficiencies
You will be able to demonstrate strong infrastructure experience, notable rail and highways and show a proven track record in developing new and existing clients.
As a Director, you will lead by example, developing the skills and abilities of the team around you, whilst adhering to the company's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies.
