RHA Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for a great opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Closer/Progressor, interested in joining the internal sales teams at of an established manufacturing business.
The position will see you work with members of both the public and private sector, as you engage to liaise with clients and win orders, for a broad range of award winning and bespoke products.
Your key duties will including, but not be limited to:-
Following up quotations with prospective clients and identify opportunities to offer additional product support.
Build and develop outstanding customer relationships through exceptional communication skills and continuing attention to detail.
Manage all client correspondence on internal CRM systems
Provide technical and sales advice through phone and email exchanges
Provide weekly reports on order activity and forecasts to relevant internal departments as well as external clients.
Sales prospecting and Lead Generation - utilsing a range of business tools and social media platforms to collate relevant market information.
Arrange appointments and plan meetings with potential/existing contacts as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience gained within sales development and customer service.
Sales negotiation, product cross selling and closing skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload according to priority.
Confident and strong communicator
IT Literate (Microsoft Office, CRM systems and Social Media)
Standard working hrs will be 8-30 - 5pm, Mon - Fri, with occasional overtime as required (remote working opportunities possible after probationary period), 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
