RHA Recruitment is working with an established electrically biased business who are keen to add a a Service Co-Ordinator who has the ability, through a range of avenues including phone, e-mails etc to deliver a high customer service.
Whilst the key purpose is to manage servicing and calibration schedules for a range of customer instruments and components, ensuring that customers are kept up to date of delivery times, other duties include:-
Upkeep of general servicing database. Experience of Sage and Excel advantageous
Sales of new Service Agreements and renewal of existing ones
Timely recall of instruments for calibration and service
Booking-in and generating dispatch notes for retuned instruments, both UK and internationally including checking that valid Service Agreements and Purchase Orders are in-hand.
Purchasing order processing.
Providing quotations for service spare parts and accessories
Issuing Service Agreement expiry reminders
Help improve the efficiency, turnaround time, and quality of the Service Department.
