RHA Recruitment is keen to speak to individuals with experience of stores and logistics, gained within a manufacturing environment.
Reporting into the General Manager, you will manage the smooth flow of goods coming into the business, as well as the delivery of goods to the (national) customer base.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:-
Management of collections and deliveries:-
Liaising with customers / suppliers to understand lead times and time constraints
Use company vehicle if required to help with deliveries/collections
Book in deliveries - ensure paperwork is compliant
Liaison with external logistic partners
Store Management:-
Management of quarantine issues
Regular and accurate stock checks
Stock management / rotation
Health and Safety
Admin:-
Maintain stock levels including packaging materials
Maintain accurate supplier and delivery schedules and stock sheets
Manage company spares lists
Vehicle management / servicing records / defect reporting
