Working alongside an established management team, initially the role of Workshop Supervisor will include an element of hands on work, to support the existing team to meet deadlines, whilst also taking on the supervision of the staff, ensuring processes and procedures are in place to deliver efficiency across the team.
The element of hands on work will reduce as this role develops and your skills and abilities as a Supervisor see you take on more management duties.
